Participant self-sign-up launches 1 November 2026

Get started with BellaAssist

Two ways in, depending on when you are reading this. You do not need to be good with computers for either of them.

How you get started

Available now

Get started now

  1. Fill in the form with your details.
  2. Someone from BellaAssist creates your account.
  3. They get in touch to walk you through it and help you upload your reports.

If you would rather just email us, write to hello@bellaassist.au and we will take it from there.

From 1 November 2026

Sign yourself up

From 1 November, participants can create an account directly, without waiting for someone to set it up. You upload your reports through a guided wizard and see the analysis yourself.

If you would prefer a hand with it, the supported setup above stays available. It takes about two hours and a worker can drive the computer.

What you are signing up for

Four of the things BellaAssist does, recorded from the product itself.

Say it in your own words

My Voice gives you prompts so you can describe your daily life, your strengths and the support you need, in plain language. You write it, you change it, you decide who sees it.

Read your plan in language that fits you

Easy Read English turns your plan into clear sentences, simple words and supporting visuals. You can switch between the original and the Easy Read version whenever you want.

See what your evidence actually says

The document and evidence assistant shows what is in your file, what is strong, and where extra information from your practitioner team might help.

Take your record with you

One clear, concise version of your history, ready to hand over every time. Project managing your own health and disability is exhausting enough without retelling it to every new worker. You tell it once, and it travels with you.

These recordings have no sound. The text beside each one is the accessible alternative. Caption tracks will be added when they exist.

What it costs

$499 per participant, per year. No setup fee, nothing to install.

Funding decisions always rest with the NDIA, and whether a plan can cover BellaAssist depends on that participant’s own plan and their disability-related support needs. With that said, BellaAssist has consistently been funded through the plans of participants who have signed up. Check with your plan manager, Support Coordinator or the NDIA before you claim.

If a provider runs a supported setup session with you, that session is billed as a normal appointment and they will tell you the cost first.
