BellaAssist for Support Coordinators

Carry the work.
Not the admin.

A Support Coordinator managing fifty participants is, effectively, managing fifty simultaneous complex processes, each at a different stage, each with different evidence requirements, all governed by the same legislative framework. BellaAssist takes the administrative weight off the work so you can spend your time on the part only you can do.

Designed with SCs, for SCs

Every feature in BellaAssist came from a Support Coordinator telling us what they wished they had.

The SC Dashboard. Evidence gap flagging. Provider letter templates. The caseload view. The audit-ready records. All direct products of sustained co-design with working Support Coordinators. If it's in BellaAssist, it earned its place by surviving contact with a real caseload.

What the work looks like today

  • Word documents, spreadsheets, and email — no systematic way to track evidence quality across a caseload
  • The same evidentiary questions asked over and over again, from first principles, for every participant
  • Clinical reports that are excellent on paper but fail the NDIS evidentiary standard because they use health-system framing
  • Plan review preparation compressed into the week before, because nothing is continuously ready
  • No easy way to hand over a participant's history when they change coordinators
  • Time spent on documentation that should have gone on the relationship

What changes with BellaAssist

  • Evidence gaps flagged continuously, before they become plan-review problems
  • Real-time functional-impact language suggestions — write less, say more
  • A running, timestamped record of every evidence decision you make for every participant
  • Handover packs generated in minutes, not days
  • Pre-submission checklists against the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and the Operational Guidelines
  • Time back, so you can spend it on the relationship work that only you can do

The scheme is getting harder, not easier: standardised functional-capacity assessment, expanded registration, higher evidentiary bars. Support Coordinators are more valuable now, not less. BellaAssist exists to support that work, not replace it.

The Support Coordinator workspace

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Feature

Caseload dashboard

One view across every participant you support. Who is due for a review. Whose evidence is incomplete. Whose reports need follow-up. What needs to happen next, and by when.

Feature

Evidence gap engine

The 208-control readiness engine runs against every participant's evidence portfolio and surfaces prioritised, specific gaps — not "you need more evidence" but "your OT report does not include an ADL baseline score."

Feature

Provider letter templates

Rule-referenced, pre-drafted letters to allied health practitioners requesting exactly the additional evidence needed. Saves the back-and-forth and gets the right report the first time.

Feature

Functional-impact language engine

Detects deficit framing, medical-model language, and overgeneralisation in real time, and suggests functional-impact rewrites that survive the NDIS evidentiary standard and respect the participant's dignity.

Feature

Handover packs

A complete, structured, portable record of every participant you support, generated on demand when they change coordinators, providers, or plan managers.

Feature

Audit-ready records

Every decision, every document accessed, every clinical finding extracted, recorded in an immutable audit trail. Seven-year retention. Produceable to planners, LACs, and the NDIA on request.

Access

How BellaAssist gets to you.

BellaAssist is funded through the participant's existing NDIS plan, under Low-Cost Assistive Technology or Consumables, so it sits outside your Capacity Building budget. We've built the funding pathway deliberately so Support Coordinators can recommend BellaAssist without it coming out of your participant-facing hours or your business overhead. The specific access pathway is being validated with the NDIA and with our pilot cohort, and will be confirmed at go-live.
