For the people doing the work

You carry the caseload.
Let something else carry the file.

A participant’s evidence is written by eight or nine independent authors who never see each other’s work. Chasing it, cross-checking it and drafting requests from scratch is the least billable part of your week, and it is the part that decides the plan.

Who this is for

Four roles, one file.

Everyone here works inside the participant’s evidence. The value is different for each of you.

Support Coordinators

Stop preparing in the week before

Gaps surface continuously instead of arriving all at once before a reassessment. Handover packs generate in minutes rather than days, so a participant hands over one clear version of their history instead of retelling it.

Allied health

Keep your clinical judgement

Your findings are never rewritten or second-guessed. BellaAssist does not rate your practice.

SIL & home-living managers

Documentation that holds up

High-intensity and complex supports carry the heaviest evidentiary load. Consistency across a distributed workforce is the hard part.

Plan managers

Fewer queries, cleaner claims

Submissions arrive with the functional link to impairment already made, rather than coming back for it.

A handover pack being generated, pulling clinical findings, goals and the participant's own statements into one downloadable file
One pack, assembled for you. Clinical findings, goals, support history and the participant's own words, pulled together for a provider transition or a coordinator handover.

What the Case Manager login gives you

An operational view across everyone you support. No limit on participant connections under a single login, nothing to install, and no setup fee.

  • Who is registered, and who is notThe whole caseload in one view, rather than a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.
  • Readiness of each file against the schemeOn files you are delegated to, documents are graded against NDIS funding benchmarks so you can see which participants are exposed before a reassessment. That is a reading of the file, not a rating of the clinician who wrote it.
  • Evidence gaps, rankedWhich gap matters most for this submission type, and why.
  • Submission readiness across the caseloadWho is ready, who is close, and who needs a report chased this month.

Does it tell me my reports are wrong?

No. This is the question we get first from allied health, and it deserves a direct answer.

BellaAssist never rewrites your clinical observations, never second-guesses a professional finding, and never produces a rating of your practice. It reads written text against three narrow, objective parameters:

  • Is the functional finding supported by clinical evidence in the file?
  • Does it contradict another document in the same file?
  • Is it framed in the statutory language the NDIS benchmarks require?

The resulting analysis sits on the participant's file. A Support Coordinator or other delegate who has been given access can see readiness and gaps on that file. They do not receive a score of your practice.

The same discipline applies to evidence requests. BellaAssist drafts a structured brief setting out which functional markers and which legal rationale the scheme requires. It supplies the structural context and stops there, without influencing or directing clinical opinion, and a practitioner reviews every draft before it is sent.

Why it matters now

What is changing, and what it does to your practice.

Since 27 Aug 2026

Only participants, nominees or legal guardians can lodge a request for an early plan reassessment. You cannot lodge it, but gathering and structuring the evidence behind it is still your work. The NDIA has 90 days, and silence is a deemed refusal that triggers review rights.

From 1 Oct 2026

Social, civic and community participation funding and improved daily living therapies begin adjusting at reassessment or renewal, rolling out further from 1 February 2027.

From April 2027

Funding moves to structured support-needs assessments. The evidence already sitting in the file determines whether a deeper, targeted assessment is granted. What you document now sets what the NDIA asks for later.

No tool can guarantee an NDIA approval, and BellaAssist does not try to. What it does is remove the avoidable rejections: the missing documentation and the internal contradictions that were always going to be found.

Who pays for it

Funding decisions rest with the NDIA and depend on the individual plan and the participant’s disability-related support needs. BellaAssist costs $499 a year. Where it has been claimed, it has most often been as low-cost assistive technology against a communication, information-access or cognitive support need. Confirm the pathway with the plan manager before claiming.

Partner providers can also prepay memberships on behalf of clients. That matters for complex or high-need cases where there is no room in the plan.

For organisations

Deploying it across a workforce

The obligations scale with every new participant. The overhead does not have to.

  • One standard of evidence qualityApplied across every participant interaction, whoever prepared the documentation and however senior they are.
  • An audit trail that is always onEvery document processed, every finding extracted and every decision recorded on an append-only trail with seven-year retention.
  • Role-based access and caseload assignmentTeam supervision and organisational reporting, so an AI tool can be deployed responsibly across a distributed workforce.
  • The account still belongs to the participantIf they leave you, their record goes with them. That is the point, and it is why they trust it.
