You recommend it.
They own it.
The participant is the customer. BellaAssist costs $499 a year. Funding decisions rest with the NDIA and depend on that participant's own plan; where a plan has covered it, the account still belongs to them. You carry no licence, run no software, and hold none of their data.
Why a door opens
Recommending BellaAssist is not a favour to us. Setting a participant up well is already your job, and this is a way of doing it.
- Your members walk in preparedThey arrive at an assessment able to speak to their own file, with the evidence behind them already checked for gaps and contradictions.
- You carry nothingNo licence to buy, no system to administer, no participant data sitting on your side, and no software for your staff to learn.
- It travels with the personThe account belongs to the participant. If they move to another provider, it goes with them, so recommending it never locks anyone to anyone.
- You keep the relationshipWe are not trying to get between you and the people you support. The setup can happen with your team in the room.
Ways this reaches people
One condition cohort at a time
A campaign to your members, with the setup handled by us. This works precisely because you have no commercial interest in it.
Named seats for your clients
You tell your participants it exists, and we handle onboarding. Prepaid seats are available for complex or high-need cases with no room in the plan.
Better referrals in both directions
Your practitioners receive structured evidence requests instead of vague ones, and the participants you see arrive with a clearer file.
Reach at the point of need
Participants meet BellaAssist where they already manage their plan, rather than having to go looking for it.
How a partnership actually runs
- We agree who it is forA cohort, a region, or a condition group. Something small enough to read a result from.
- You introduce itAn email, a flyer, or a session for members. We supply the material, including Easy Read, and it carries your branding alongside ours.
- We do the onboardingParticipants come to us or to a setup session. Your staff do not become the help desk.
- You see what happenedTake-up and outcomes for your cohort, reported back to you, including when the answer is that it did not work.
If your people work inside participant files day to day, the caseload tool is probably the better starting point. For frontline teams →
